Hot Day in Aldford

15/06/2009

The sun was shining on the locals in Aldford on Saturday as the village had their annual Fete and the Training Band were there in force to play in the baking hot sun! We also had a stall at the fete to help raise funds for the T/B and I would like to thank the following for their kind donations. J Sainsburys (Chester) ,Millies Cookies (Mall chester) , Barry Callebaut Uk Ltd (Chester) and P&A Davis (Hoole). The feedback on the day was that the Band helped make the fete a very enjoyable day.

The next outing for the training band is The Groves 1pm on Sunday Jne 21st. Main Band members are encouraged to come along and sit-in.
